About Riah

As a former Montessori preschool teacher, I love nurturing a child's curiosity and watching them reach new milestones is my true passion. Since leaving the education field to pursue my clinical MSW with a specialization in children, youth, and families, I have been a caregiver for infants while attending graduate school part time. My background in Early Childhood Education and Early Child Development coursework allows me to engage children through educational games and active outdoor play. I am also CPR Training and First Aid Training certified. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and am happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, errands, and light housekeeping. I prioritize your preferences by communicating through your chosen method to ensure you feel connected to your child's day. I am comfortable caring for up to two children and look forward to supporting your family's unique needs!
