Hi, my name is Rhyan! I was born and raised in Southern California. I'm seeking a nanny opportunity with a wonderful and loving family with a consistent schedule. I'm an only child but grew up having a significant motherly role throughout my childhood and adulthood. My background in caring for toddlers and young kids started when I was 16 throughout high school, then I worked with infants to 5th graders when I worked at a private elementary school at the start of college. I've also been a nanny for twins for a year and a half. I try to teach kids to use their creativity and have fun while teaching them the difference between good and bad decisions. I am also CPR certified and have a background in emergency medicine. In my free time, I love drawing, singing, dancing, and being in musicals. I look forward to finding a great family to work with. Rhyan has babysat for my two girls over the course of the last 3 years (age range over the 3 year period is 1-7). They love when she comes over, and they spend part of the day getting ready for activities they can do together. What I really love is that Rhyan interacts with my girls on their level about what they are working on, and will sit down with them whether at the table to create jewelry or on the ground to play at their level with blocks and such. My girls are also hard of hearing and Rhyan really understands their communication needs. Lastly, it's hard to find someone you can trust in your home. But Rhyan is that person. She also has house sat for us and stays with our puppy when we are away. I always feel better knowing that Rhyan is there and making sure everything is ok.
