Rhonda is great! She has been caring for our now 2-year old full time for the past 18 months in Rancho Mirage. We were so lucky to have found her! She has helped us raise our daughter with kindness, patience, and consistency - and helped guide us as new parents, too. Rhonda has always been reliable and communicative; always on time and flexible to our scheduling needs. She kept a log everyday and always ensured our daughter had everything she needed. She entertained and taught our daughter with lots of activities outside the house, books, and games. Always engaging with her and never using TV or screens. Our daughter has transitioned to day care but we intend to continue to hire Rhonda when we need additional help. We highly recommend Rhonda and would be pleased to provide a more detailed and positive reference for her.
