Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with 10 years of experience, I bring a patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach to care. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide services such as errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and always follow their preferred method.
