About Rhonda

Caring for others has never just been a job for Rhonda--it has always been part of who she is. With more than 15 years of hands-on experience in long-term and memory care, she has devoted her life to making seniors feel safe, comfortable, respected, and truly cared for. While raising her two sons in sunny Florida, Rhonda helped open a state-of-the-art memory care facility in the mid-1990s and went on to earn her Licensed Assisted Living Facility Administrator certification through the University of South Florida. Now back home in Missouri with her boys grown and two precious grandchildren, she is returning to one-on-one companion caregiving--where her patient heart, gentle spirit, dependable nature, and genuine love for helping others can truly shine.
