About Rhonda

I am a compassionate, dependable caregiver with over 20 years of experience in mental health, behavioral health, and disability support services. I have worked with children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. My experience includes one year as an ABA Technician, supervising a group home for adults with disabilities, serving as an assistant teacher for adults with disabilities, and working as a community navigator and housing specialist. I also have eight years of previous CNA experience and currently work in behavioral healthcare. I am skilled in providing personal care, behavioral support, teaching daily living skills, and encouraging independence. I believe in treating every individual with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect.
