Hi, I have over 30 years of childcare experience, I owned a licensed home daycare for 28 years and I have 7 years as a professional nanny. My experiences include-but are not limited to- ensuring baby is meeting developmental milestones through active play. Potty training when child is ready. I believe in the power of nature as a tool for education and strive to spend some of the day exploring outdoors, getting messy, and encouraging growth through adventure, indoor activities include dance parties, art, crafts and tons of stories to let the imagination expand. When ready teach all the necessary things to get ready for kindergarten. Day to day duties also include child related housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry. I would describe my personality as bright, silly & energetic and my caregiving style as responsive, respectful & authoritative-gentle. I am kind, patient, reliable and guaranteed to be a positive addition to your household.
