About Rhonda

Rhonda cared for my aging parents for 6 years. She arrived when my Mom was in the early stages of dementia and assisted Dad who suffers hearing loss, forgetfulness and various aches and pains associated with aging. Both parents were trying desperately to protect their independence and could be very difficult with anyone they considered a threat. Rhonda proved to be a very valuable, competent, professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient, well organized, consistent, dependable and observant caregiver with outstanding communications skills, ability to think outside the box, and integrity to always do the right thing. Both parents gained confidence and trust in her intentions and capabilities .She helped them develop and follow various care plans for their well-being based on her observations of their needs, likes, and dislikes. They insisted she be present at ALL medical appointments. She intelligently conferred with doctors and took notes to ensure no misunderstandings,
