I've been helping this family since September 2014. My client has short term memory loss . My duties include assisting her with her bath , and getting her dressed. I also prepare all of her meals. I set / an take her to all of her medical appointments. I administer medication as need . I transport her to get her hair and nails done. I travel with the family when needed. I'm her companion during the time I'm there with her. We do puzzle , listen to music, watch televisions. Walk outside around the pool. I shop for her every need. My availability is after 3:30 p.m. . Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and some Fridays .
