About Rhonda

Hi, my name is Rhonda and I love helping seniors. I took care of my mother when she was diagnosed with early onset dementia and Alzheimer's until her death, a total of 15 years. I have experience in taking care of disabled adults, all types of dementia, cancer and stroke patients and others needing companionship and basic help. I am a certified personal fitness trainer with knowledge and experience in mobility, balance and stability. I have helped many seniors gain stability with hip, knee and shoulder and balance problems. I am also a certified nutritionist and have experience with special diets, such as diabetes, and personal nutrition needs. I can do meal prep and prioritize protein for muscular strength. I am CPR certified. I am a mother of four adult children and four sweet grand babies who all live away. Married for 37 years.
