My pay is based on my experience, certifications and continuing education. I am experienced in all types of dementia care & have worked with the VA & Hospice in providing care. I was the personal asst to a retired Army General & have knowledge of Tri Care and numerous other programs for our veterans. I am experienced in wound care as well as personal /companion care. I do provide transportation for outings. Pay is based on experience. References available upon request, background checked, excellent cooks & I love pets! Rhonda is very compassionate and knowledgeable about the elderly and their needs. She has a background and resources that can help a family looking for outside care. Rhonda asks up front what the family goals are for their loved one whether it be short or long term. She showed nothing but respect for our father and gave excellent care.
