About Rhianna

I'd describe my personality as nurturing, perceptive, and grounded. I genuinely love working with children--their curiosity and sense of wonder bring me so much joy. I find it meaningful to support their emotional growth and create a space where they feel safe, seen, and encouraged. I'm looking for a full-time, long-term position with a family where I can build a consistent, trusting relationship. I value open communication and a collaborative approach. I began working with children in 2022 as a Registered Behavior Technician, supporting young children on the autism spectrum (ages 2-6). I later pursued a graduate degree in psychology at CU, focusing on spirituality and child development. One thing families should know about me is that I'm very attuned to children's emotions and bring a calm, supportive presence. My skills include emotional awareness, developmentally informed care, and engaging, play-based and learning-driven interaction.
