About Rhiana

My name is Rhiana. I am currently working towards my bachelor's degree and will be going into my senior year in Washington State University's Early Childhood Education program. After becoming a mother and watching my daughter grow into the tiny little human she is today, I knew that I wanted to work with children and learn more about how they process the world. While studying in my program, I learned that the brain development of a young child is the blueprint for how they process and deal with situations throughout the rest of their lives. As an Early Childhood Educator, my role is to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can expand their minds through exploration and creativity. I also want to provide families with the skills that I have learned in my academic journey which is why I decided to join the Care. com platform. I look forward to meeting the families of Care. com!
