About Rheannon

I graduated with honors from the University of Montana with a degree in Elementary Education and an endorsement in Literacy. I'm passionate about working with children and creating environments where they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow both socially and emotionally. I have several years of experience as a private nanny, along with classroom and international teaching experience. I've had the opportunity to student teach abroad, which gave me a broader perspective on education, child development, and working with diverse cultures and learning styles. I would describe myself as calm, patient, and loving. I love creating structured yet playful days that include outdoor time, reading, hands-on learning, arts and crafts, and imaginative play. My background in literacy education allows me to easily support early reading and language development. Outside of childcare and teaching, I enjoy being outdoors, photography, writing, and living a grounded, intentional lifestyle!
