About Reyna

I started working with kids in a paid capacity in 2024 when I became a special education assistant at Westside Schools and a Club Teacher for Westside Early Childhood/Club 66. Across both jobs, I've regularly worked with over 100 kids. As an educational assistant, I was given more opportunities for one-on-one and small group interaction that was highly rewarding. As I was growing up, I helped raise my special needs sister and as a mom, I was a stay at home parent to a neurodivergent kiddo. So, I would feel right at home with any neurodivergent or special needs kiddos. In my spare time, I like to play music and write songs. I also love to play video games and build LEGO sets with my 8-year-old kiddo. One thing you should know about me is I am LGBTQIA+ positive.
