Reyna agreed to $165 biweekly, and I agreed to that price. When she came to clean, she charged me $265 instead. I was shocked. I paid her, but I wasn't happy about it — I felt cheated, since everything had been agreed to in writing beforehand. I also don't believe she mopped the floor — when someone else mopped shortly after, the pads came away very dirty, which shouldn't have happened if the floor had already been cleaned. Afterward, she contacted me about a deep-cleaning package at a price I found outrageous. I just want to warn others: if you ask if I'd recommend Reyna, it would probably be a NO from me.
