All I can say is wow! Retha is everything that you want in someone that is providing care and love for your child. She is immensely kind, loving, caring, and professional. She is clearly a pro at what she does. We have never used platforms like this before and we took a leap of faith after interviewing Retha and I am so happy that we did. On a last minute request she took care of our infant son on a work trip that I went on and she was NOTHING but prepared. She communicated with us often, gave us updates on our son’s feeding, diaper changes, and play time etc. From the second she met our son it’s like we knew her our entire lives. Our son fell in love with her, and I’m confident that he will miss her. We felt confident that our son was safe and protected in Retha’s loving arms. If I could I would bring her back home with us. But I guess we’ll have to settle for seeing her a few times a year. If you have reservations about using this platform, don’t book anyone else but Retha, you’ll be glad you did.
