Renuka (Preaw) has been the part-time nanny for our son for almost a year. She started with him when he was ~10 months old and still had moderate special needs such as feeding difficulties and supplemental oxygen. She has dealt with all the difficulties and changing requirements with ease and has been a fantastic care taker for him. Renuka (Preaw) has always been reliable and dependable. She always shows up a few minutes early and is usually flexible enough to stay late if something comes up (unless she has a conflict). I can't recommend her enough. She has worked multiple jobs with other families, yet has never appeared to be stretched too thin. She is always patient and caring for our little guy and he loves spending time with her.
