I am a 25-year-old masters degree student at Vanderbilt University looking for a part-time babysitting or nannying job. I have three years experience working with kids from all backgrounds from ages 4-18. I also have experience working with children with ADHD, autism, and developmental delays. I am a strong believer in positive reinforcement and a gentle approach to childcare.
