About Renita

Renita M. is an excellent caregiver. Ours was a difficult situation. At her home in the suburbs of Chicago, my mother's health was declining due to osteoarthritis and Alzheimer's disease. My sister and I lived in New Jersey and Washington, D.C., respectively, and were unable to take care of her everyday needs. A very independent woman in her mid 80s, Mom at first refused a home aide. As her health continued downward, we decided that 24/7 help was absolutely necessary. Fortunately, after dismissing some aides, Renita came to work with my mother in February 2010 and stayed until we moved my mother to Washington, D.C. in January 2012. Working on a part-time, 24/7 basis (usually three or four days over the weekend). Renita was the best of the caregivers. She is trustworthy, dedicated, and organized. She was attentive to my mom's changing needs yet also knew how to nurture her strong sense of independence. Renita has a wonderfully pleasant personality. Her regular duties as caregiver were heightened through special care of my mom's dog Bonnie. Highly recommended. Nora G.
