We reviewed over 100 applicants and chose just a couple to meet in person and Renell (Nelly) was 1 of those final candidates. My husband and I loved meeting her, she had great experience and ideas on infant care to share and our 3mth old also was very calm around her. Our needs changed as my mother has decided to move closer to us and care of our son, which is the only reason we are not moving forward w/ Nelly. Any family would be lucky to have her!
