Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. As a CNA and Certified Home Health Aide with six years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility. I'm patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented, and I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and history. I'm also experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I also have current CPR and First Aid Training.
