Hello, my name is Renee and I m a certified nursing assistant. Before, becoming a nursing assistant I was a Direct Care Staff member at group homes. I assisted special need children and adults by helping them with their activities of daily living. Some of them activities included: outdoor outings, bathing, feeding, indoor activities, programs to help them become independent and etc... I have 3 years experience with special need clients. Working for companies in the pass gave me the proper training techniques for dealing with clients with behavioral problems. I m very passionate about what I do because I love helping other. I love to make people smile and feel confident in their self's.
