My background includes: daycare assistant, nanny, sitter, tutor, mentor, middle school & summer-camp counselor, youth ministry director, mission trip leader, resident manager & direct care worker for persons with disabilities & special needs.

I'm an educated professional with a graduate degree. I have excellent references & 5-star reviews. I'm known to be very caring, patient, reliable, dependable, fun, creative, resourceful & personable. I have been certified in Infant & Adult CPR, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens & Recipient Rights.

My older kids (7, 10 and 13) love their time with Renee! She does all kinds of activities with them and I feel great knowing they are safe and well cared for! Renee has helped us during the summer and date nights and I would recommend her to anyone! 

Renee is a very compassionate person and caregiver. She’s extremely attentive and provides great emotional concern. Her patience is genuine. I’d highly recommend. 

Renee was fantastic.  Her care for my 14 year old special needs son was exceptional.  She was prompt, she engaged with him, took him to do activities and communicated well. 

Renee watched our children while we were visiting Michigan from out of state. She was communicative, responsible, well-prepared, resourceful and engaging. We would not hesitate to have her babysit again in similar circumstances.

Renee has been a great caregiver for our girls, ages 11 and our special needs daughter who is 16!  We have hired her several times over the past few years.  She is professional, thoughtful, and has many fun activities for our girls to do when we are away.  She communicates well and is willing to help in any way needed, e.g., dinner, daily meds, etc.  We are blessed to have found Renee!

She was absolutely amazing with our little girl, our other children, and my elderly mother with dementia. My work is seasonal, only reason things changed. Highly recommend her.

Positives: I think Renee genuinely loves and enjoys working with children. She is very interactive with them and always looking for new activities. 
Cons: 
- Tardiness. Renee was late on ~ 10 different occasions during the 4 months we utilized her help. She ranged anywhere from 5-30 minutes late and canceled some shifts on short notice. This created conflict at our professional careers as we had to be tardy on multiple occasions. Renee would also have conflicting stories about her tardiness, why she had to leave early, or cancellations.
- Communication: Renee does not take feedback well. We had specific food items we wanted fed to our toddler (we would prepare a wide array of food for him for the day) and she would continue to feed him whatever she found in the cupboard (he was prone to diaper rash). We also requested on multiple times she use a cutting board for cutting up her own lunch and she used our counter top instead (resulting in damage to a house we are trying to sell). We were weaning our toddler from his pacifier and had specific timelines he could have it (nap) but would come home to him wandering around with it. 
Our toddler had specific naptimes that we followed when we were home but Renee insisted on baby led nap times that was often 1-2 hours after he normally would have napped. This created an exhausted toddler for the evening. She was not open to following our requested nap times that he was use to. 
We became extremely anxious leaving our child with Renee as she did not follow our instructions and was frequently late. I would not rehire. 

Renee is a saint! Our first introduction to Renee was her saving us last minute when another sitter bailed on us. Since, she has watched our daughter on an as needed basis and we couldn't be more thankful. She started watching her at 8 months and has helped our daughter develop and achieve milestones with interactive play and song. It was clear Renee had a lot of experience with the way she engaged and picked up on our daughter's cues. Renee is reliable, communicates well, and is just a wonderful person who we love being around and trust implicitly with our girl.

Renee helped watched our three kids (5, 2 and 3 months) along with another family (6 and 2) and she did a phenomenal job! She was thoughtful, helpful and kind to our kids and we were so grateful for her help while we were away.  We cannot say enough nice things about her!

My 2 boys (2&4) love their days with Renee! We have no family in the area so she's provided care over the summer and we've continued with date night sitting so the boys can get to spend time with her regularly. She engages with them and they do tons of activities and play!

We were so lucky to find Renee to babysit our 9-10 month old daughter during ~10 workdays this summer. She's obviously very comfortable & experienced caring for kids of all ages. She loved our daughter as if she was her own. They went out for walks, read books, spent time playing with my family members who were nearby, and much more. Renee is a great person to talk to and always wanted to help out (with cleaning or whatever else she could) whenever she had a free moment. We're hoping to hire her again next summer, and recommend her very highly!

Rene is a gem. She's loves to serve and meet your individual needs. She's a wealth of information and loyal.

Renee was an amazing caregiver to our two sons for almost 17 years.
She babysat for us for the first time when our oldest son was only 6-7 weeks old with pure joy and confidence.   I think she was more confident than I was as a new mom at the time.  
Our sons are now 25 and 28 years of age and they both look back fondly at the times Renee (or Ne Ne the name our boys still call her to this day) was with them.   We left our young sons with her while traveling often (we traveled for work) and came home to two very happy, content children and not to mention a very clean and organized home.    She even watched our dogs who were also very well taken care of.   I would highly recommend her for anyone in need of care for their children.   She gives all of herself with much passion as if the children she is watching are her very own.  She is dependable and a very responsible caregiver and I highly recommend her.
