About Renee

Hello! My name's Renée! I am a medical student. I have provided over 10 years of professional childcare to 20+ families across North America (both in Canada and the US). I work well in new environments and learn quickly. I value mental stimulation and physical activity for young, growing minds by cultivating a love for learning. I am comfortable and have experience with looking after multiple children at a time with a wide age range, and those with special needs. Duties I have often completed while children are in my care include: preparing meals, bathing, reading stories, teaching children how to read, doing crafts, organizing play dates, driving to extracurricular activities, outdoor day trips to the park, zoo, museum, etc. and putting them to bed. I also enjoy tutoring children. Watching them learn new skills and seeing their eyes light up when a difficult concept clicks for the first time is so rewarding.
