I'm passionate about helping students unlock their unique potential through personalized support. My teaching philosophy centers on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning. I actively listen and observe to understand each student's individual learning style, adapting my methods with visual aids, hands-on activities, and engaging discussions. I celebrate small successes and encourage curiosity through storytelling and interactive questions. Open communication is essential for understanding needs, setting expectations, and building trust. While I am at the beginning of my tutoring journey, I am excited to witness "aha!" moments and see students' confidence grow. I have a college degree and can help with English and Art at the Elementary and Adult levels. I have a car and am comfortable tutoring at various locations.
