About Renee

I'd describe myself as loyal, empathetic and responsible. I like caring for seniors because it makes me feel good knowing that I can comfort and make the patient/family feel safe. I'm looking for a job that allow me to work on my nights off... 2-3 nights a week. I can also do occasional days. One thing you should know about me is I work full time at Monmouth Medical as a nurse's aide for over 14 years on the night shift. On my nights off I like to maintain overnight body clock because it's easier to transition when I return to work. My passion is home care because I am able to communicate and care for my patient with a higher level of compassion/empathy. I bring comfort to families knowing that their loved one is safe and being well cared for while they are able to sleep. My skills include: I am able to stay awake all night. If the location of the kitchen is nearby, I like to cook/bake for my patient to have a meal/snacks the next few days. I like to think I am a good listener.
