About Renee Joy

I've been working with kids since 2018, in daycare settings and as a private nanny and babysitter. Problem solving is something I do without thinking, while communicating clearly and maintaining patience as kids learn and grow. I've learned how to read the situation and stay calm while assessing each child's unique needs. I ask a lot of questions, because I love learning as I'm teaching children, and I want to understand exactly what a family needs while maintaining clear communication. My faith is a big part of who I am, and it shapes how I show up for the kids in my care with patience, compassion, and genuine care. Outside of work, I spend time learning, reflecting, and working on myself, as I'm always trying to grow and become a better version of who I am. I'm open to full time or part time work, but I prefer keeping my weekends to myself.
