About Renee

Hello! I recently graduated from USF with a bachelor's degree in health science. My interests include pediatric speech and occupational therapy however I am taking some time to determine my next step. In my spare time, I like to experiment with artsy activities! My experience began in an early childhood development center as an assistant teacher in the VPK program. I was then given the opportunity to work extensively with infants, which I absolutely loved. After 3 years, I accepted a nanny position with a family caring for their 6-month-old. After that, I cared for an 8-week-old infant. I was with both families for a year before they decided to enroll their babies in daycare. I still babysit both of them on a regular basis. The most rewarding part of the job was developing close bonds and trusting relationships as I watched each child grow and develop. I really enjoy creating fun, stimulating activities for children and being able to watch their excitement for learning!
