About Renee
I worked for years fostering rescue dogs and cats with a local rescue Operation Freedom Ride which transports animals scheduled to be euthanized in the southern states of the country to local fosters until they're adopted. I've always been an animal lover since I was a child. (Sometimes I preferred animals of people lol) I grew up all sorts of pets, we had turtles, dogs, cats, birds (African Grey Parrot-Howey RIP) love birds and my dad used to breed Angel fish. I currently have 3 cats but I want to get a dog in the future, I can't now bc I have a senior cat who has kidney disease and was always scared of dogs. I'd love to help and care for your pets!!

Renee took care of my cat Francis for a few weeks while he was looking for a new permanent home, now that he is retired. She was so kind and accommodating, and took really good care of Franky, including good meals and activities. Renee has a few lady cats living there as well, some of them are retirement age and some are younger. Francis got along very well with these lady cats, and possibly even formed lasting friendships, with one of them in particular who he mentioned a couple times after this. At first Franky was sort of skittish and wanted to stay by himself in his box, only wandering out at night to see what he could smell and do his investigations. But Renee and her lady cats were very patient with him, and eventually he warmed up and started to hang around with them. By his nature, Francis is a bit of a recluse, but that may just have more to do with his prior living situation, and now that he is in a retirement community he is thriving. Thank you Renee! Franky and I recommend Renee whole heartedly!
