About Renee

Raising kids is hard. You don't have to do it alone. I'm a double Ivy-League-educated former attorney with 15 years of experience as a trauma-informed holistic coach to executives, parents, and kids. I also am a yoga and meditation teacher. I support high-achieving parents in their most important job: raising well-adjusted kids. As part of that role, I work hands-on with your kids in the challenging after-school window, creating a safe space in which they can thrive. In between their activities, homework, and preparing dinner, I work with your kids on life skills. Addressing issues that arise in real time as issues arise as a portal to teach them the vital skills they need to self-regulate and form essential positive life-habits. I often spot issues that teachers and others miss, and work with you to create solutions. In my care, your kids and you will feel seen, heard, loved, and supported.
