About Renee

I have 5 years of experience working in a medical progressive unit with all ages 18 and up, various ethnic groups, and religions. My responsibilities were everything from visiting with patients, monitoring vital signs, and glucose levels reporting changes to the medical team. Following all HIPAA policies and regulations, while supporting the medical team with various medical procedures, and keeping the patients' comfort a priority. I've worked in 2 separate memory care facilities, which included personal care to providing comfort care for individuals in hospice. I spent 3 years working with special needs students as a special education paraprofessional, 2 years with high-school students, and one year as a substitute for all ages. I enjoy helping others and making a difference for people who need it the most. When the job gets stressful I take a deep breath and think about my expectations for my loved ones if they depended on support from others.
