About Renay

Hi! My name is Renay, and I have hands-on experience as a substitute and assistant teacher, where I worked with children of various ages and focused on keeping them safe, happy, and engaged. I would describe my personality as energetic, compassionate, and reliable. Caring for children has always been a part of my life. As the oldest of 10 siblings, I grew up helping care for children of all ages, which taught me patience, responsibility, and strong communication skills. I'm comfortable creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment where children feel valued and understood. I began working professionally in childcare in 2023 and am looking for a role that allows me to support children's growth while being someone families can depend on. In my spare time, I enjoy creative projects and spending time with my family. One thing to know about me is that I treat every child like family. My skills include strong communication, adaptability, and endless patience.
