About Renay

Hi! My name is Renay, and I'm passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children to grow and thrive. Growing up with many siblings, I naturally developed a love for caring for kids of all ages and understanding their unique needs. I've built on that experience by working as a substitute teacher, assistant teacher, and currently as a lead teacher. Through these roles, I've gained hands-on experience managing routines, supporting development, and creating engaging, age-appropriate activities that keep children learning while having fun. I'm known for being patient, dependable, and attentive. I truly enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents.
