Personal Cook | Household Assistant Cooking is something I truly enjoy. My love of food began in childhood in the kitchen with my Italian and German grandmothers, and I still bring that same care to every meal. I enjoy cooking for families, couples, and seniors, creating fresh, flavorful food that feels both healthy and comforting. I have a degree in Nutrition from Brazil, which helps me prepare meals suited to individual preferences, allergies, intolerances, and special diets. My husband has celiac disease and my son has food allergies, so careful and safe food preparation is part of my everyday life. I am also ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Allergens certified. I'm caring, dependable, and hardworking. I can help with personal cooking, grocery shopping, errands, transportation, travel packing, and day-to-day household needs. My goal is to make life easier and more enjoyable for the people I support.
