Caring for individuals with special needs is where I thrive. For the past six years, I've worked as a Neuro Rehab Technician, Behavior Technician , and Psych Technician, supporting children and young adults with autism, cognitive impairments, traumatic brain injuries, and complex behavioral needs. I'm calm, patient, and highly adaptable. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and I am CPR and First Aid trained. I'm comfortable assisting with daily living skills, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and creating predictable, supportive routines. I also have a strong foundation in early child development, de-escalation, and sensory-friendly engagement.
