About Renata

Renata worked as our nanny for five years, caring from our children since infancy. Renata consistently provided a warm, attentive, and developmentally enriching environment. Any family would be lucky to have her in their lives. Renata brought joy, structure, and love into our home each day — planning creative, educational activities, ensuring plenty of outdoor play, and reading regularly to our children. Her focus on age-appropriate learning, emotional development, and positive social interaction was wonderful. Renata communicates with warmth and respect, modeling empathy and thoughtful discipline. She also brought her RIE® (Resources for Infant Educarers) training into her daily care, practicing simple, respectful caregiving during routines like diapering and feedings. She encouraged independent play and child-led exploration. Renata also suggested creating a “Yes Space” in our home, giving the children a safe and child-centered environment to explore freely. Her regular reflections about the children’s days and our monthly meetings were vital to maintaining open communication. In addition to her outstanding caregiving, Renata is a highly organized and dependable professional. She managed many aspect of childcare — including meals, hygiene, and activity planning. Her ability to juggle hands-on care with household responsibilities, including laundry, kitchen upkeep, and grocery shopping, made our home run smoothly and gave us peace of mind.
