About Rena
Hello. My name is Rena. I currently work at DCPS as a PreK teacher and I teach soccer and poetry for 3rd-5th graders after school . I also work with DC Scores as the 3rd-5th grader's soccer and writing coach. I have a BA in English, a BA in Humanities and a Master's in Instructional Teaching. I am comfortable tutoring elementary school and middle school core subjects. I do have my drivers license, have been licensed since 2010 and have my own vehicle and insurance. Thank you.

Rena is absolutely wonderful with my 5 and 2 year old children. They loved her immediately and always miss here when she is gone. She is punctual band dependable. I hired her for summer help for my kids while working from home. The only disappointing fact is that I know she will need to return to her job full time as of August/September. But she's been a joy for my kids in the time being!
