About Rena

Hi! My name is Rena F, and I have been in the medical field for over 25 years. I absolutely love building a relationship with my patients and their families. Having patients in their own homes, verus a hospital or residential center is always a number one goal. Here are some of my everyday duties. Responsibilities Assess patient health status and develop comprehensive patient care plans Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, injections, wound care, and provide basic medical treatments Educate patients and family members about health maintenance and disease prevention Monitor and report changes in patient health status to physicians Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
