Ever since my fieldwork in college I've fallen in love with the idea of molding children at a very young age. I am a energetic, fun and very family oriented individual. I love watching children grow independently and become a unique individual. I have 4 years of experience in a childhood environment and currently working for Torrance Unified School District as a Child Development Program Assistant (CDPA) in a preschool setting (ages 3-5). I love my job but as we all know children do not attend school during the summer so id love to make some extra cash doing what I love most, working/caring for children. I also can provide activities from a school setting that your child can engage in some fun learning activities. Lastly, I can help with Light Housekeeping.

We were looking for a part-time nanny/sitter for our three-year old daughter to help with school pick-up, dinner and bath time. We hired Rena right before baby #2 came and it was the best decision ever. Not only is she a great communicator, dependable, and has a positive attitude, she is fantastic with toddlers given her early childhood education background. Rena often brings activities to do with our daughter, so she's always engaged and loves to spend time with "her Rena". It was awesome to watch them build such an incredible bond. We still hire Rena for occasional babysitting since our daughter misses her and so do we! Thank you, Rena, for helping to make the transition to two kids easier - we really couldn't have done it without you.
