About Remah

I'm not your average childcare provider-I bring a holistic, mindful, and heart-centered approach to caregiving. As a yoga and meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator, and holistic health coach, I support children's well-being on every level-body, mind, and spirit. I'm also studying Ayurveda, an ancient system of holistic health, which further deepens my understanding of nurturing balance and vitality. With four years of experience in both childcare centers and private care, I offer a loving, nurturing, and compassionate presence while ensuring reliability and accountability. I work with toddlers to teens and am available for seasonal or year-round part-time care while running my coaching business. I especially love working with families who value mindfulness and holistic wellness-bonus points if you're open to introducing yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda to your child!
