Choosing a career as a caregiver, both as a Certified Nursing Assistant and a nanny, stems from a deep-rooted belief that everyone deserves to be seen, supported, and cared for with dignity, regardless of their stage in life. When transitioning into my role as a nanny and working within daycares, my motivation shifts toward the rewarding task of fostering growth and foundation. In my experience within nursing facilities, I am motivated by the profound responsibility of preserving a patient's sense of self. Ultimately, I am motivated by the "full circle" of care. I see the shared humanity that bridges the elderly and the young, and I am honored to serve as a steady, compassionate presence for both.
