Hi! I am Reizel, A 27year old Special Education Paraprofessional in one of the Arlington Public School. On my full time job, I focus on first-third graders with neurodivergent (specifically Autism, ADHD and Down Syndrome) and help them improve their learning skills in Reading, Writing and Math. My job is very challenging as I also handle kids with behavior and so expect that I have a lot of patience and I take my time to think things carefully, rather than reacting impulsively.
