Reina did a great job on a detailed, move-in deep, cleaning. She brought her own supplies, mopped, vacuumed, detail cleaned bathrooms and kitchen, swept out the garage and washed the inside and outside windows and blinds. She and her helper were very hard-working and did not stop until the job was done (almost 4 hours). Negotiate, haggle, and then agree to her rate -- she is well worth it!
