Reina is the most amazing Nanny ever, and we know this is true because we have had experience with others before her. Reina has been caring for our daughter since she was around five months old (she is now almost two) and we can’t imagine life without her. My daughter absolutely loves Reina and here is why: from the moment that Reina arrives (always on time), Reina is engaging with her, talking to her (in English and Spanish), playing with her (and I mean down on the floor, really playing), cooking with her and giving her love like she was her own daughter. When we were reading Reina’s reviews before we hired her, someone described her as a “master of redirection.” I can’t think of a better way to describe her. Our daughter never cries and is always entertained. Reina has never had her cell phone out, nor has she turned on the TV while caring for our daughter. She is always on time and has never missed a day of work. Reina follows our instructions exactly and goes over and above to make our lives easier, often doing chores that she is not asked to do. If you are lucky enough to catch Reina in between jobs HIRE HER. You will not regret it.
