While not professionally experienced, I am a mom of three, with two of my children aged 20 and 16 on the Autism Spectrum. In addition, all five of us in our family struggle with the complications that the different levels of ADD/ADHD bring to our lives. I have spent 25 years learning ways to help my family and myself to adjust, refocus, and get back on task throughout the day.
