Reina is a Gift. Reina is a special caretaker to us. Not only is she very responsible and responsive, but she is a great companion to my mom. She is highly empathetic, thoughtful and kind. She is always prompt and on time. She is always a good communicator with every member of the family. She is hard working, caring and upbeat: We feel very blessed to have Reina because as with many elderly patients they are set in their ways, very proud and don’t like strangers in their house - Reina has become a friend to my mom which makes her feel at ease, comfortable which actually adds to her happiness and daily Joy.
