Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience, I focus on building confidence by breaking down complex concepts into manageable, logical steps. I prioritize clear, consistent communication with both students and parents to ensure we are always aligned on academic goals. I assess each student's unique learning style by observing how they approach problem-solving, then I tailor my methods to match their specific needs. When a student faces a difficult topic, I use interactive examples and positive reinforcement to keep them engaged and motivated. Helping a student experience that "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of my work. I am also comfortable with pets and hold CPR training and First Aid certifications.
