I may not have a degree in early childhood education, but with over 3 years of experience caring for children of all ages, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge to the table. My passion for childcare was ignited through previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of nurturing young minds and fostering their growth. Patient and calm, I believe in creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe to explore and learn. I'm also imaginative and creative, always coming up with new and engaging activities to keep little ones entertained and stimulated. Communication is key, and I follow the parents' preferred method to ensure they are fully informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules, but always with a gentle and understanding approach, following the parents' lead to maintain consistency for the child.
