I have over 16 years in home and 2 years of paid experience working with children . During this time, I've developed lesson plans, managed daily routines, and ensured a safe and fun learning environment , fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children of all ages, ensuring their safety and well-being, and helping them develop crucial social, emotional, and motor skills. My CPR and First Aid certifications also ensure I can handle any emergencies.
