About Regina

Taking care of people has become very personal to me. I cared for my dad in our home for about three and a half years while he lived with dementia. That season of life taught me a lot. I'm a calm and easygoing person and I tend to connect easily with others. I love sitting and talking, hearing their stories, helping them stay active, and just making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I'm happy helping with companionship, light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders, and daily routines. I'm dependable, patient, and easy to talk to. I truly understand how overwhelming life can get and how much families sometimes just need someone they can trust to step in and help. I've been married for 27 years, I'm a mom to two grown daughters, and I recently became a proud GIGI. I've lived in Florida all of my life. I'm looking for flexible caregiving opportunities where I can support families and build meaningful, trusting relationships.
